Paige Kurtz

Paige Kurtz | Associate Broker | REALTOR® Real estate is more than contracts and closing dates — it’s about people, relationships, and some of life’s biggest transitions. That’s why I approach every transaction with both strategy and care. As a REALTOR® and Associate Broker, I bring an added level of experience, perspective, and professionalism to the table. My goal isn’t simply to help clients buy or sell a home, but to guide them through the entire process with clarity, preparation, and a thoughtful plan from the very beginning. I believe the best real estate experiences start with understanding your goals and building a strategy that supports them. Whether you’re preparing to sell, searching for the right home, or navigating multiple moving pieces at once, I work closely with my clients so they always feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they’re making. Before entering real estate, I spent over 20 years working in long-term care, serving families during some of the most important and sometimes most difficult seasons of life. That experience shaped the way I do business today. It gave me a deep appreciation for patience, compassion, and truly listening to people’s needs — not just during the easy moments, but also when things become a little more complicated. Those same values guide the way I serve my real estate clients. I believe strong relationships, honest communication, and a clear plan are the foundation for a successful outcome. Buying or selling a home is a major milestone, and you deserve someone who will walk through the process with you — providing both the expertise to navigate the details and the care to make sure you never feel alone in the journey. Jeri Maxedon

Hi, I’m Jeri! Real estate is more than just buying or selling a home. It’s a major life decision, and one that deserves thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and someone truly in your corner. That belief is what led me to build my business around people and relationships first. I believe every client deserves clear communication, strong advocacy, and a professional who takes the time to truly understand their goals. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming at times, and my goal is to make the process feel simple, organized, and even enjoyable. I take pride in being responsive, detail-oriented, and making sure my clients always feel informed and supported from start to finish. As an Associate Broker and a REALTOR®, I bring both experience and a strong commitment to professionalism to every transaction. I’m honored to have been recognized as a Top Producer and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. I also hold several professional designations including ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), and PSA® (Pricing Strategy Advisor), which allow me to provide deeper expertise when it comes to pricing strategy, negotiations, and advocating for my clients. Many of my clients tell me they were surprised by how easy the process felt. Behind the scenes, I’m working hard to handle the details, anticipate challenges, and protect my clients’ interests every step of the way so they can focus on what matters most. At the heart of my business is a simple belief that real estate should feel personal, not transactional. I truly value the relationships I build with my clients and feel incredibly grateful to be trusted during such an important moment in their lives. If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Georgia, I would love the opportunity to help guide you through the process.
